CareerOS is a multi-tenant, AI-powered job search platform I’m building as CEO and co-founder, designed to replace the fragmented, manual grind of job hunting with one coherent, automated system. The platform sources roles across three distinct paths — a licensed aggregator, user-owned scrapers, and direct ATS integrations with companies’ own career-page APIs (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday) — then runs every posting through a deterministic pre-filter and an AI scoring pipeline to surface only genuinely well-matched jobs. I architected the full stack end-to-end: a Node.js/Express backend on Supabase (Postgres, Auth, Storage), a hybrid AI orchestration layer that routes between Google Gemini, OpenAI, and Anthropic (with a bring-your-own-key option), and an automated resume/cover-letter generator that produces ATS-optimized, page-fit-verified documents. I also built Copilot Mode, a live editable resume canvas with a real-time ATS scoreboard, so users can fine-tune AI-generated drafts against the exact keywords a job posting demands.
