About me
I’m a multidisciplinary problem solver who doesn’t believe in staying in one lane. My work lives at the intersection of technical engineering, operational strategy, and digital innovation. While I speak the language of CAD and mechanical design, I am just as comfortable debugging a software platform, optimizing a global supply chain, or scaling a medical device from a prototype to the production floor.
My "North Star"
I am driven by the challenge of making complex systems move—whether those systems are physical, digital, or logistical. My philosophy is rooted in Lean Six Sigma and a "continuous improvement" mindset: I don't just want to build a product; I want to engineer the most efficient way for that product to reach the person who needs it.
A Broad Spectrum of Perspective
I thrive when I can bridge the gap between different worlds:
The Physical (MedTech & Automotive): I’ve led design transfers for medical hardware and orchestrated the manufacturing of high-performance race vehicles.
The Digital (IT & Product Management): I have managed software lifecycles, resolved complex technical bugs, and accelerated delivery timelines for IT platforms.
The Logistical (Supply Chain & Operations): I’ve redesigned warehouse dashboards and implemented logistics systems that turned operational. bottlenecks into streamlined workflows
The Builder's Mindset
Beyond the technical tools, I am a collaborator and a leader. Having led teams of over 40 engineers and co-founded a healthcare startup, I’ve learned that the most elegant solution is the one that balances technical precision with human-centric design and business viability.
I hold a Master of Science in Innovation & Management and a Bachelor’s in Mechanical & Automotive Engineering, but my real education comes from every prototype that failed, every process that I optimized, and every team I’ve had the privilege to lead.
I am always looking for the next "unsolvable" problem to tackle. Whether it’s in a lab, a warehouse, or a software sprint, I’m here to build things that matter.
