I'm a product and operations professional with a track record of building things that work — whether that's a technical program at a medical device startup, an innovation hub at a university, or a commercial strategy for one of India's largest health platforms. My career spans healthcare, supply chain, and data-driven product development across India and the United States. I've led cross-functional teams, built operational dashboards from scratch, optimized broken processes, and taken early-stage ideas from concept to execution. What ties it all together is a bias toward clarity — finding the inefficiency, the opportunity, or the missing metric, and doing something about it.
